Summer Weekend Favorites #2
Happy 4th of July!
This week started off hot and humid…what do I expect, I live in the South! One of the side effects of having a hurricane churning away in the Atlantic this week is that it gave us nice, cool dry weather inland. Today I woke up to a clear, crisp morning. It’s almost mid-day and the temps have barely reached into the mid 70’s. For us Southerners, a break from the heat and the humidity is a nice treat in the middle of the summer š
I’ve been canning up a storm this week, but I decided to purchase a dehydrator. Crookneck squash is going to get dried up this week!
I finished my book last night and I am going to start The Fault in Our Stars by John Green…I know, I am late on this bandwagon.
We are planning the fall garden…I am in love with these fat little carrots.
This is my new favorite garden artist.
I REALLY, REALLY want a full frame camera and a wide angle lens. But, until I hit the big time, I am thinking about getting a wide angle lens adapter.
Have a great holiday weekend!
