
Summer Harvest
This week has been busy with food preservation and fall garden planting. The biggest workload as of now is our corn harvest. The great thing about home grown corn is that it is SWEET and TENDER right out of the garden. The bad thing…a bunch come on at the same time. So it looks like it’s corn for dinner all week!
